 All the obstacle in life will be removed with ganesha idol. The idol of Vigneshwar is given as a gift to those who wish to do so. However, there are certain rules for keeping or giving a statue of Vigneshwar at home or according to science these rules should not be ignored. Otherwise it would be inauspicious. In this context let us learn about where to put Ganapati at home.


According to the
vastu shastra, the idol of Vigneshwar cannot be placed in the following areas. 

 

1. Never place Ganapati above the main entrance of the house.

2. In particular, the statue or statue of Ganesha should not be placed at all on the wall of the bathroom. 

3.The idol of Ganesha should not be placed even in the bedroom. Doing so can lead to difficulties in married life. There are unnecessary worries and pressures between males and females, so avoid these placements.

 

 


 

Never place Natya Ganapathi or Dancing form of Ganesha at home nor should one gift such a Ganeshji to anyone. Elders believe that the presence of a statue of Ganesha dancing will lead to quarrels and conflicts in the house. It is believed that giving this as a gift to someone will also lead to disagreement in their life.

 

Such an idol should not be given at weddings: - A Ganapati idol should not be given at a daughter or any girl's wedding. Because it represents ominous. The reason for this is that Lakshmi and Ganesha always meet. It is believed that if Ganesha is sent along with Lakshmi, prosperity and happiness will also go with them from home. At the same time if you have an idol of Ganesha in the house you should worship the deity which has with left sided trunk. Because special rules must be followed in worshiping on the right side.

 

According to the Vaastu, devotees who want to have children and newly married couples should bring home the idol of Ganesha giving right sided trunk. It is believed to give birth to a child who respects the parents. Ganesha will be pleased if diyas are lit using coconut oil and the jaggery is offered as naivedya. Maha ganapati puja confers devotees with abundant prosperity if one offers Durva grass, banana, modak, coconut etc with pure devotion. Wednesday is Ganeshji’s favourite day and lord can be appeased by offering donations to poor asper one’s ability.
